All hope was lost, it was past 5pm and I had no one, but I called Rick again since I remembered how nice he was earlier that day. I made a second plea and he did me the huge curtesy of calling his friend, Don Leet, owner of Leet Glass Restoration in San Diego. That friend flew up to SF at 8:45pm that evening and started the work the next day at 7:30am in time to restore the window before my deadline.
